Jezem operates strictly as a B2B recruitment partner to your agency. We do not run a public-facing employer funnel that competes with your business, and we do not maintain contact with your client once a placement is made.
We never approach your client directly. This is a firm operating rule, not a marketing line: your client relationship, your commercial terms with them, and your account are yours. We are a supplier to you, not a parallel channel around you.
In practice, that means all communication about a requirement flows through your agency; all deliverables — shortlists, documents, status updates — are addressed to your named contact; and any direct question from your client that reaches us is redirected back to you, not answered independently.

Under Philippine DMW regulations, a licensed agency may charge a placement fee to the worker of up to one month basic salary — Jezem strictly adheres to this limit and charges no more. There are no hidden or extra fees added after a placement is agreed; commercial terms with your agency are set out and agreed before work begins on a requirement.
Because pricing depends on role, volume, and destination country, specific rates are discussed directly once we understand your requirement — not published as a flat rate that would not reflect your actual placement. Will you ever contact my client directly?
No. This is a firm operating rule. All communication about a requirement goes through your agency and your named contact.
How long does it take to get a shortlist?
It depends on the role and destination country. Your named contact will give you a realistic timeframe when we scope the requirement — we would rather set an accurate expectation than a generic promise.
How do I verify your DMW license?
Our license number is DMW-182-LB-10022023-R, valid through 2030. You can verify this directly against the DMW public agency registry before signing anything with us.
What happens if a candidate drops out after being shortlisted or deployed?
We draw on a backup candidate pipeline so a dropout does not stall your requirement.
